Rooftop
On the rooftop of the small-scale complex, you'll find the shared pool. The pool is shared with three other properties. Here, you also have your own rooftop terrace of 60m2. From the rooftop, you can overlook the beautiful coastal area and enjoy the unique view, including sunsets.
The property is equipped with all luxury amenities and has a modern look. In the living room, you can dine at the modern round dining table. Or perhaps, after a long day, relax on the couch and watch Netflix. That's no problem either. The property has excellent WIFI connection and features a Samsung smart TV. You can stream various apps from your mobile phone (Netflix, DISNEY+, NPO, Ziggo, KPN, Videoland, YouTube, etc.) There are no channel providers.
Kitchen
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances (electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), and you cook electrically in the property. There are also various appliances available (blender, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, etc.).
Bedrooms
The property has two bedrooms, located next to each other. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobe closets so you can neatly store all your belongings. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for two people.
Bathroom
Our property has one bathroom with a washing machine that you can use.

The property is located on the first floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. Not entirely unimportant, you can park for free in front of the door on the public road.
Of course, we've also thought about the children. There is a separate play area with a kitchen, table, chairs, drawing materials, and other children's toys available. For the little ones, there is an extra mattress in the travel cot and a changing table. Of course, a high chair is also available.
Surroundings
Less than 50 meters from the property, you'll find many cozy restaurants, wine bars, and several supermarkets. The major supermarkets, bakeries, and shops are about 1 km away. The large outdoor shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard" is a 9-minute drive away. Here, you'll find top shops, a food court, a cinema, and even a game hall for the kids. So, after an afternoon of shopping, you can enjoy a glass of wine, grab a burger, or watch a movie.
